Refund & Cancellation Policy

At IDEIO SOFT PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our priority.
1. Service CancellationCustomers may request cancellation of a service by contacting us at info@ideiosoft.com.Cancellation approval depends on the status of the project/work.
2. Refund EligibilityRefunds are applicable only in the following cases:
  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment made by mistake
  • Service not delivered as promised
Refunds are not applicable for:
  • Partially completed services
  • Services already delivered
  • Custom/consultation-based work
3. Refund Processing Timeline Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days.The amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method/bank account.
